With Taiwanese ginger as the main ingredient, our Sesame Oil Ginger Sauce is combined with nutritionally dense turmeric and mellow sesame oil, as well as Taiwanese sun-dried sea salt to produce an all-purpose sauce that saves you the trouble of slicing, washing, and stir-frying the ginger yourself. No matter whether it is used as a seasoning, making soup, or as a sauce for vegetables, rice, or noodles, a few drops make a world of difference when serving dishes.
Sesame oil is regarded as a nutritious ingredient in Taiwan. It occupies an important position in traditional culture and makes an appearance during important events such as postpartum confinement or a baby's one-month old celebration. Turmeric is the main ingredient in curry and is widely used throughout Asia, where it is used as a spice and natural dye, and also regarded as ingredients with healing properties. We use local Taiwanese cold-pressed sesame oil and fresh turmeric to make the sauce, offering you a delicious and healthy option.
