2014年的一場颱風，

造成了花蓮柚農的莫大損失，

滿地的落果令人心疼而焦急，

花東菜市集在協力搶救當中，

意外串連起來自各方的關心和專業技術，

日後更結合柚農、食品廠、包裝設計、通路等單位一齊努力，

在多次的測試和討論下，

終於研發出這款花蓮蜜漬柚皮糖。

因為只用純淨柚皮，

希望能鼓勵更多農民走向友善栽種，

也希望減輕每年文旦可能滯銷的風險。

蜜漬柚皮糖特色

花蓮蜜漬柚皮糖是嚴選花蓮文旦柚，在無汙染的環境下栽種，

過程不使用農藥與化學肥料，因此柚皮可以安心食用。

製作時以人工剝下純淨的柚皮，經糖漬去除苦澀，

全程不添加人工香料、色素與防腐劑，完整保留文旦柚果皮風味與營養。

蜜漬柚皮糖嚼在口中甜美Q彈，散發天然柚香，適合單獨食用或搭配茶飲，爽口又健康。

●Candied Pomelo Peel 

Hand-peeling pomelos organically grown in Hualien, we candy these peels with the traditional method, which preserves the natural aroma of pomelos without the need to add artificial flavorings. Mouthful and chewy, Candied Pomelo Peel can be enjoyed alone or with tea.

Pomelos are important economic crops in Hualien. They are usually harvested before the Mid-Autumn Festival, an important holiday when Taiwanese people gather with friends and family each year. In Chinese, pomelos are called You-zi (柚子), and it shares the same pronunciation with 佑子, which means "blessing children" in Mandarin. Therefore, pomelos  are the symbol of good fortune and widely loved by people. It is said that pomelos were the tributes brought to Chinese and Japanese emperors in the past days, and such history can be found on some memorial stones in Tainan.

●花蓮文旦皮の砂糖漬け
空気の綺麗な台湾台東で、化学肥料・農薬などを一切使用せず、厳選された台湾花蓮の文旦の皮を使用しているので、安心してお召し上がり頂けると思います。全て手作業で文旦の皮をむき、砂糖漬けにしているので、文旦の皮の独特な風味と食感を楽しめ頂けると思います。防腐剤、人工甘味料などの添加物を一切使用せず、ヘルシーでおいしい文旦皮の砂糖漬けです。一口で台湾東部の風味を味わえます。

●Les écorces de pamplemousses confits
Notre écorces de pamplemousses confits viennent de Hwa Lien, la terre pure et verte de l'est de Taïwan. Cultiver sans pesticides et engrais chimiques, ils sont épluchés à la main et marinés dans du maltose et du sucre à adoucir du goût. Il n'y a pas des arômes et colorants artificiels, aussi pas des agents de conservation, vous pouvez profiter le parfum de pamplemousses et de texture al dente sans souci. Bien à accompagner du thé et de la bière blanche, vous trouverez une petite surprise piquante avec l'huile essence d'écorces de pamplemousses.

保存方式：請置於陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直曬或高溫，打開後需密封冷藏並盡快食用完畢。

食用方式：直接食用或搭配茶飲，柚皮因含有天然精油，吃多會稍微嘴麻，此為正常現象，請放心食用。
